📋 Description

• Translate product-line strategy into actionable team backlogs and validate sprint outcomes • Own and continuously prioritize the team backlog based on highest-value work and product goals • Define sprint goals, participate in sprint planning, and coordinate realistic commitments • Manage scope changes and incoming sprint requests, communicate changes with stakeholders, and adjust sprint plans • Ensure backlog refinement aligns with product strategy and priorities • Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to refine features using validated market and customer insights • Coordinate BAs, SAs, and other roles during discovery to ensure clear and technically feasible requirements • Provide requirements to the team when goals and scope are understood • Plan team-level releases with the Engineering Manager • Participate in feature acceptance testing and demos • Participate in and co-lead sprint retrospectives with the Engineering Manager • Identify product risks and manage escalation paths • Act as the primary subject matter expert for internal stakeholders • Validate project plans and stakeholder documentation in collaboration with the Delivery Manager • Establish collaboration with the web department and other teams for cross-product work • Coordinate cross-team epics and alignment on shared functionality • Work with the Estimator tool, obtain approvals, and support estimation processes • Collaborate with QA to categorize issues and prioritize bugs based on business impact

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Delivery Manager or Similar Roles • 1+ years of experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, or Pharma Marketing domain in an IT/tech environment • Experience with content supply chain processes and systems, including content creation, MLR, CRMs, Veeva, AEM, and SFDC • Demonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet business objectives • Experience with AI/ML-driven products, including understanding of model lifecycle, evaluation metrics, bias, and hallucinations • Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications • Familiarity with estimation techniques such as story points and T-shirt sizing • English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher
