Description

• Direct influence on design and management of finance department • Responsible for preparing reports for senior management, investors, and banks • Introducing/improving forecasts, budget planning and reporting • Managing cost controlling and solving business and financial issues • Participation in preparation of financial statements and audit processes

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration • 3-4 years of professional experience in controlling or FP&A • Strong analytical mindset, structured and results-oriented • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team • Very good knowledge of Excel • Experience in LucaNet and Datev is an advantage • Business fluent English skills and basic German proficiency • Motivated to contribute to the vision of making outdoor travel more attractive
