Description

• Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the CEO and Network Executive Team • Lead and manage Rocketship's financial planning and analysis and accounting teams • Establish and maintain fiscal stewardship and oversee internal controls • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards • Act as a strategic partner to achieve financial self-sufficiency • Engage with stakeholders, board members, and donors • Drive financial security and sustainability for Rocketship • Strategic financial planning and management in a dynamic, growing organization • Implement efficient processes and systems for financial operations

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years experience as CFO in non-profit or for-profit entity • Financial expertise in multi-revenue stream and multi-site environments • Strong understanding of accounting and payroll functions • Comprehension of State and Federal regulatory requirements • Experience in overseeing complex budgets and financials • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to streamline processes and achieve greater efficiencies • Experience with facilities financing and tax exempt bond financing • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, Master’s preferred
