📋 Description

• Design and further development of complex process architectures, taking into account functional, organizational and technical requirements • Advising clients and project managers on functional and technical BPM issues • Supporting the development of practical, implementable solution approaches • Analyzing, modeling, and documenting business processes according to the BPMN 2.0 standard in client projects • Using BPM and process-mining solutions such as Signavio, Celonis and ARIS for process documentation, analysis and optimization • Maintaining and enhancing the reference process repository • Ensuring the quality, consistency and reusability of process models • Identifying and evaluating automation and innovation potentials, particularly through AI and new technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of practical experience in Business Process Management • Proven knowledge of BPMN 2.0 • Experience in establishing and developing complex process architectures • Strong consulting and workshop skills in identifying and modeling business processes • Strong analytical and conceptual skills • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Experience in transformation initiatives • Strong client and service orientation
