📋 Description

• Advise and support clients in the implementation, further development and optimization of Business Process Management (BPM) • Identify processes and perform requirements analysis in client projects • Ensure sustainable process management • Design, model and evolve cross-industry process landscapes using BPMN 2.0 • Build, maintain and govern process databases • Plan and conduct workshops, training sessions and coaching for clients on BPM methods and tools • Support tenders, requirements gathering, and participate in sales and client meetings • Provide first- and second-level support for BPM specialist and end-user questions • Contribute to the further development of the BPM portfolio, training offerings and tool landscape

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience in BPM, ideally in consulting or project roles • Strong skills in process analysis, process modeling and process optimization • Demonstrable knowledge of BPMN 2.0 • Practical experience with Signavio, Celonis Process Designer or comparable BPM tools • Experience conducting workshops, training sessions and requirements analyses • Comfortable interacting with stakeholders • Strong analytical and conceptual skills • Structured and self-directed approach to work • High customer orientation and professional demeanor in consulting, sales and project situations • Good Microsoft 365 skills, especially Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote • Ideally, experience with Azure DevOps
