📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end delivery, automation integration, and operational handover of European fulfillment centers • Lead the FC Implementation team • Establish project management frameworks • Align cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Procurement, and Operations • Drive CapEx automation and intralogistics projects for scalable, on-time fulfillment-center launches • Lead and mentor the FC Implementation team • Partner with Engineering, Automation, Procurement, and Operations to integrate technology and manage stakeholders • Ensure seamless operational transitions through structured training, documentation, and maintenance frameworks • Act as the internal authority for material handling and automation engineering decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing large-scale CapEx projects in warehouse automation, material handling, or manufacturing • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field • Solid knowledge of conveyors, racking, and automated warehouse systems • PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA certification • Strong analytical and risk management capabilities • Proven team management skills • Hands-on mindset • Willingness to travel internationally • Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or exposure to emerging robotics preferred
