Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and strategic marketing leader to build our B2B marketing function from the ground up • Spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy that generates demand and drives acquisition and engagement across all of our B2B categories • Work closely with our commercial team to find ways to accelerate the sales cycle and deepen engagement across multiple personas • Ideal candidate brings a proven track record of success in B2B marketing roles, exceptional leadership skills, and deep understanding of data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in marketing • 5+ years of experience in leadership/management roles with experience building a function from scratch • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with expertise in demand-gen, content, events, sales enablement, and digital marketing • Proven experience working with sales/commercial teams • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen • Self-starter attitude • Comfortable with ambiguity • Experience at a fast-paced startup • Proven experience leading GTM strategy with the ability to craft compelling positioning/messaging and identify the highest-performing channels • Experience marketing within the healthcare space
