• We are looking for a Sr. Strategic Partnerships Manager who thrives in ambiguity and draws energy from building relationships and repeatable processes • You will create, test, and scale playbooks that help us align partner goals with outcomes that drive business growth for Rula • Your role will be crucial in expanding our footprint, ensuring we succeed in our mission to make mental healthcare work for everyone • 1 in 5 people are suffering from a mental health issue, and fewer than 50% of people are getting help • We need professionals with a track record of overachievement in outbound sales or business development that are committed to solving this problem with us and hungry to face the hardships of a 0 to 1 environment • You will join a fast-growing business at the ground level, with unparalleled possibilities to make an impact on issues that matter in the world while improving your entrepreneurial skills
• 8+ years carrying a quota in outbound sales, account management, or business development, with a track record of top 25% performance • 3+ years working with clients that have 3,000+ employees • Experience beating an annual quota of at least $1.25M, or bringing in at least as much incremental revenue through partnership growth • Experience selling to a variety of buyers, from individual contributor users to executive decision makers; and from industries with low tech adoption to industries with high tech adoption • Experience managing customer relationships and deals in a CRM tool • Proficiency applying curiosity and experimentation to solve ambiguous problems • Experience taking a business from 0 to 1 • Ability to build and scale repeatable processes for driving growth • Experience in both pre-sale and post-sale functions • Experience selling at a startup • Knowledge of the behavioral or digital health space
