📋 Description

• Support production planning and alignment between demand, supply, and available capacity • Maintain and update supply-planning data in the MRP system, including inventory, purchase orders, sales forecasts, promotional inputs, and production assumptions • Review and update NetSuite items, locations, and transaction data for accurate reporting and planning • Monitor transfer orders, item receipts, and assembly builds to identify and report inventory discrepancies at supplier locations • Coordinate with supplier partners on end-of-month inventory reconciliation • Assist with inventory and availability reports for sales and marketing, including marketing materials and promo kits • Proactively surface supply- and data-related issues for resolution before they affect production or fulfillment • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Supply Planning, Manufacturing or Life Sciences preferred • 2+ years of experience in a quality assurance, inventory, or supply-chain support role within a manufacturing or consumer-goods environment • Experience with compliance documentation and regulatory standards is a plus • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in documentation or data • Excellent organizational skills for maintaining records and logs • Ability to analyze and investigate supply, production, or quality issues efficiently • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams • Self-starter comfortable working without waiting for direction • Comfortable with ambiguity, fast pace, and shifting priorities • Interest in wellness and alignment with RYZE's mission
