• 10+ years of software engineering experience • 6+ years of people management experience • Previous experience in country, regional, and/or site leadership • Proven track record in attracting, hiring, and retaining a high-performing technical team • Experience in planning and executing ideas in a fast-paced environment • Ability to build a startup engineering team in Latin America that can scale rapidly • Strong leadership skills and strategic thinking
