• Software Development Engineer within the staff level at Sagent • Play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of software systems • Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle • Ensure the successful design, development, testing, debugging, and implementation of software solutions • Drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the technology department

Requirements

• Completion of a four-year college degree in a relevant discipline • 7+ years of working on mainframe development • 3+ years of Mortgage Servicing industry • IBM Mainframe development • Proven ability to apply a theoretical knowledge base to achieve goals • Specific functional expertise gained through formal education and experience • Experience providing guidance to others using technical expertise • Strong proficiency in designing, developing, testing, debugging, and implementing software • Ability to determine systems software design requirements • Demonstrated ability to ensure successful implementation and monitoring of system improvements • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
