Description

• Manage all stages of the data development lifecycle, overseeing ingestion through product delivery of core, enterprise-wide tables • Investigate existing data usage patterns and influence changes when new data assets are introduced • Develop a comprehensive understanding of current and future stakeholder needs • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to design and deliver products that offer insights for strategic and tactical decision-making • Work closely with the Director of Data Engineering to execute strategic priorities • Communicate technical concepts effectively and simplify complex ideas for others within the organization • Prioritize data request backlogs and handle incoming tickets, facilitating requirements gathering and translating them into executable work • Be accountable for end-to-end product delivery and collaborate on launch communication, training, and ongoing adoption strategies • Provide ongoing support to stakeholders and end-users of data products • Monitor data product use to assist platform partners in making invest/divest decisions • Evaluate product progress and quality at each stage of the process • Collaborate with data leadership and project management to meet deadlines and ensure the highest utility and quality of data work products

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Experience as an analyst, ETL developer, or IT/data project manager • Experience in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban/etc.) environment • Proven experience working effectively with diverse stakeholders • Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA, Asana, or similar for requirements capturing and task management • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones • Self-starter with a growth mindset • Familiarity with data engineering concepts, including ETL pipelines and data warehouse infrastructure
