• Business partnership and generalist HR collaboration with leaders • Develop HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives • Implement human resource agenda for generalist activities • Act as trusted advisor to employees on HR policies • Facilitate employee development initiatives, training programs, and succession planning • Handle employee relations matters and promote open communication • Develop plans for organization culture, framework for action, and people engagement • Undertake project work as defined by VP of Global HR • Provide day-to-day business partnership with regional HR representatives to deliver exceptional HR services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • Demonstration of HR business partnership success • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices • Ability to thrive in dynamic, entrepreneurial environment • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills • Computer literate in Microsoft Office 365 applications • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to work effectively within fast-paced, matrix environment • Excellent problem-solving, change management, and influencing skills • Results-Driven • Team Player • Change Orientation • Customer Focus • Self-Awareness
