• Handle incoming leads received through the CRM • Contact leads via WhatsApp API • Engage with leads originating from Instagram • Make telephone contacts • Diagnose and understand the potential customer's situation • Qualify opportunities • Conduct consultative negotiations • Close sales • Manage relationships with leads throughout the buying journey • Participate in offered trainings aimed at professional development • Participate in management rituals, aligning and providing updates on your work progress • Work with metrics and KPIs to continuously improve results and processes in your area.
• Experience with consultative and high-impact sales, preferably in digital marketing or info-products • Prior experience with launches, workshops, or evergreen sales models • Ability to organize and maintain the CRM • Familiarity with the digital market • Execution-oriented profile: practical, solution-driven, high-energy, with a strong sense of ownership • Availability to work events and evening live streams during launch periods • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience in the public exams (concurso público) sector • Bachelor's degree completed (preferred, not required).
