⢠Conduct consultative sales with inbound leads (clients who have already shown interest in the platform), thoroughly understanding each business's needs and guiding the process through to closing ⢠Manage and monitor leads within the sales funnel, identifying needs and tracking performance ⢠Deliver product demonstrations and follow up on proposals ⢠Support the Marketing and Product teams by collecting feedback from potential customers and seeking ways to improve conversion ⢠Engage potential customers through our support channels (WhatsApp, email, chat, etc.) and perform follow-ups to convert them ⢠Work collaboratively with the team to meet the company's sales and revenue targets.
⢠Minimum of 4 years' experience in consultative sales for SaaS companies ⢠Experience working in the construction industry (preferred) ⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills ⢠Investigative, curious mindset for problem solving ⢠Empathy to understand and guide customers ⢠Strong organizational and time-management skills ⢠Sales experience ⢠Ability to work well in a team and be flexible to changes within the role.
