📋 Description

• Prospectar empresas dentro do perfil ideal (ICP) no mercado LATAM • Realizar abordagens outbound multicanal: Telefone, E-mail, LinkedIn e WhatsApp • Conduzir conversas consultivas para identificar dores e oportunidades de negócio • Qualificar leads utilizando metodologias de vendas • Agendar reuniões qualificadas para o time de vendas • Registrar interações e oportunidades no CRM • Manter cadências organizadas e disciplinadas • Adaptar a comunicação conforme contexto cultural e perfil dos mercados atendidos

🎯 Requirements

• Experiência prévia como SDR, BDR ou Inside Sales • Experiência com contas LATAM • Vivência com prospecção outbound B2B • Experiência ou familiaridade com o mercado latino-americano • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita (diferenciais para espanhol fluente ou avançado) • Familiaridade com CRM e cadências de vendas • Organização e disciplina de processo • Noções sobre tecnologia, dados e projetos de Inteligência Artificial • Entendimento superficial de soluções digitais e transformação tecnológica • Facilidade em aprender rapidamente sobre novos produtos e soluções • Experiência com vendas em contextos internacionais ou multiculturais.
