Description

• Salsify is currently seeking a Sales Engineer to drive exceptional results in a B2B SaaS environment • As a Sales Engineer at Salsify, you secure the technical win for prospects and customers • Sales Engineers are experts in identifying and aligning with our prospects’ and customers’ business goals, showcasing how our platform delivers value • In this role, you'll work alongside our Sales team to target, win, and expand business, while collaborating with cross-functional teams like Product and Customer Success • This strategic alignment is key to achieving high win rates and ensuring customer success • We have found that the most successful Sales Engineers have strong technical aptitude and are confident and strategic storytellers • As a team, we are very passionate and always ready to dive in and execute

Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ years experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solutions Consultant for B2B SaaS solutions • Positive, team player mentality with strong time management, organization, and presentation skills • Deep technical aptitude and curiosity for learning new technologies in a fast-paced environment • Creative and open approach to problem solving and partnering with internal teams to drive what’s best for the customer and for Salsify • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in written responses to emails, customer requirements, and formal RFPs • Experience with solutions that involve cross-departmental stakeholders and require customer’s change in process • Familiarity with PIM, DAM, and/or Commerce solutions preferred but not required • Ability and willingness for 10-20% travel
