• We are seeking an experienced and customer experience focused Solutions Engineer to lead technical delivery of customer implementations • Working at the leading edge of technology, UneeQ is fast paced and constantly evolving • Help to create and develop tools that help our team and our customers better execute on Digital Human projects & showcase our capabilities • Drive down UneeQ’s cost of executing customer projects over time by embedding learnings into common engagement models and repeatable practices • Continuously upskill on the latest technologies that will help drive exceptional digital human experiences
• Strong technical background and coding knowledge (preferred languages are NodeJS Typescript, HTML, React) • Highly customer focused and demonstrated track record of supporting enterprise customers to succeed • Passion for designing and building solutions that not only fulfill requirements but create memorable experiences • Ability to communicate well with IT risk and security teams • A team player - ability to build and maintain relationships and work collaboratively with others to achieve shared objectives • Strong communication and influencing skills - ability to share information/knowledge with other members of the team, and wider business as required
• Evidenced customer value post implementation (i.e. case study, referenceability) • Repeatability and scalability of technical service delivery • Proactively documenting the solution and its progress to stakeholders
