• You’ll be out in the field, visiting restaurants and kitchens. Your mission is to introduce chefs and owners to a marketplace that actually makes their lives easier • You’ll manage about 10–15 meetings a week and you’ll be responsible for following up and making sure no one is left hanging • You will plan your weekly schedule (with guidance when needed) and work towards hitting or exceeding targets • You’ll show chefs a demo of our application, in their own environment, demonstrating how Saltz makes ordering simple and reliable • You’ll use our CRM (we’ll teach you) and other tools to keep notes on your progress so the whole team can support you
• Whether you’ve run a kitchen, managed a bar, or worked as a concierge, you understand the fast-paced world of gastronomy. Career changers are welcome. If you’ve done sales internships or part-time customer-facing roles, that’s a big plus • You’re energized by being out in the field, visiting kitchens, and building face-to-face relationships with chefs and managers • Fluent German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B1) are required • Based in Munich is required • You’re comfortable leading conversations: you know how to listen, solve problems, and confidently close deals
