• 18+ months in a closing, quota carrying, hunting role in the Benelux • 2+ years in a outbound-heavy role (cold calling + prospecting) (this can overlap with the above) in the Benelux • Willingness to visit clients onsite, as required • Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement • Experience handling and owning midsize deals • Willing and comfortable with outbound prospecting, including cold calling • Value-based selling approach • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Fluency in English and Dutch required
