📋 Description

• Perform data entry and validation tasks for sales requests and documentation • Support ticket intake, triage, and process routing • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure required documentation is complete • Update contract and system data correctly in Salesforce and related tools • Maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes • Escalate process exceptions or errors as needed • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles

🎯 Requirements

• Less than 1 year of experience in a support, operations, or administrative role • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Effective communication skills in both English and Spanish • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive task environment • Basic experience using Google Sheets or Excel • Interest in learning Salesforce or other CRM systems • Experience working with cross-functional teams or in a remote setting (ideal) • Prior experience with ticketing tools such as Zendesk (ideal) • Must be based in Mexico; relocation assistance will not be provided
