• Lead and grow a team of seasoned sales operations professionals • Program manage critical business capabilities • Partner with Senior Sales Management and key stakeholders to intake, prioritize and execute a roadmap • Identify key improvement opportunities through insights and cross-functional partnership • Partner with Salesforce Systems team to automate workflows and enhance systems processes • Champion Samsara's cultural principles as the company scales globally
Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in a Sales Operations leadership role or similar growth/operations roles • 2+ years as a people leader • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and sales technology ecosystem • Bachelor's degree or higher from a top university • Experience as a Salesforce administrator is a plus • Familiarity with Product Management and Six Sigma best practices is a plus
