• 6+ years of experience in a Sales Operations leadership role or similar growth/operations roles • 2+ years as a people leader • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and sales technology ecosystem • Bachelor's degree or higher from a top university • Experience as a Salesforce administrator is a plus • Familiarity with Product Management and Six Sigma best practices is a plus
