Description

• As a Regional Marketing Lead, develop and execute marketing plans for German-speaking regions • Work closely with Global Product Marketing and Divisional Marketing teams • Build and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across multiple channels • Partner with Sales for Account-based marketing • Align goals between Sales and Marketing • Organize regional events, brand, and PR efforts

Requirements

• 5 -10 years of B2B marketing experience in Field Marketing/Account-based Marketing (ABM) • Experience in financial services and/or financial technology industries required • Experience in marketing targeting C-Suite and key decision-makers in technology/IT, innovation, finance, operations and ESG departments • Highly proactive, confident, and creative, capable of building strong relationships with sales teams and executing end-to-end ABM plans • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly in a fast-paced, scale-up environment • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management at all organizational levels • Technology and AI-savvy, with a strong interest in emerging technologies and digital trends to drive innovative marketing strategies • High-quality execution with a systematic approach to project management, capable of prioritizing and executing multiple projects simultaneously • Collaborative team player who values sharing knowledge and best practices, with a positive attitude and the ability to inspire and generate enthusiasm for projects • Fluent in both spoken and written German and English
