📋 Description

• Identify opportunities for AI-based innovation in core banking processes across accounts, deposits, loans, and payments • Gather, structure, and prioritize business and technical requirements for AI use cases • Translate business goals into technical requirements and solution designs • Collaborate with AI specialists and core banking teams • Create and run solution demos • Build prototypes and advance them into standard enhancements • Ensure usability, business impact, and user adoption • Lead workshops and facilitate collaborative sessions with cross-functional teams and customers • Bridge business expectations and technical execution • Connect business and technical experts • Create prototypes with AI tools • Configure new and improve existing agents

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an AI Solution Manager, Business Technology Analyst, Consultant, Product Owner, or similar hybrid role • Ideally, experience within banking or financial services; relevant AI expertise may substitute for financial-services experience • Hands-on experience with AI-related solutions or innovation initiatives • Practical experience in AI model configuration, prompt engineering, data interaction, and collaboration with development teams • Ability to navigate technical concepts and contribute to solution design • Ideally, understanding of core banking processes involving accounts, loans, deposits, and payments • Familiarity with banking system landscapes and architecture • Strong understanding of SAP Fioneer Core Banking systems is a plus; related SAP systems experience is also advantageous • Ability to connect AI and technology capabilities to concrete business outcomes • Excellent communication skills with business leaders and technical teams • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global team • Fluent spoken and written English • German language skills are a plus • Adaptable, self-driven, flexible mindset, and passion for innovation
