âą Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. âą Act as the primary point of contact for client workforce requirements. âą Manage and grow key client accounts. âą Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure service satisfaction. âą Identify opportunities to increase labour hire volumes and expand service offerings. âą Generate new business opportunities within construction, warehousing, logistics, and industrial sectors. âą Convert leads into active client accounts. âą Prepare and present labour hire solutions to prospective clients. âą Negotiate rates and service agreements in line with company guidelines. âą Receive and manage job orders from clients and the Sales Manager. âą Work closely with Candidate Resourcers to source suitable candidates. âą Coordinate candidate allocations and workforce placements. âą Ensure vacancies are filled within required timeframes. âą Monitor workforce performance and address client concerns promptly. âą Maintain accurate client and job records within JobAdder. âą Track sales activity, placements, and account performance. âą Generate reports and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel. âą Ensure compliance with company processes and labour hire regulations.
âą Previous experience in labour hire, recruitment, staffing, or workforce solutions. âą Experience servicing clients within construction, warehousing, logistics, industrial, or related sectors. âą Strong account management and relationship-building skills. âą Proven sales and business development experience. âą Experience coordinating workforce allocations and placements. âą Proficiency with JobAdder and Microsoft Excel. âą Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. âą Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment. âą Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
