📋 Description

• Oversee guest bookings and assist customers in planning Tiny House stays • Respond to inquiries across the website, email, and social media • Manage reservations end-to-end, including upselling and activating promotions • Provide support via the customer contact line and resolve inquiries • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including housekeeping and tradespeople, to ensure property readiness and maintenance • Address and resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to maintain smooth day-to-day operations

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in customer service • Demonstrated ability to drive results and proactively improve processes • Background in travel, hospitality, or eco-tourism is highly advantageous • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Composed under pressure, with the ability to manage challenging situations effectively • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently when required
