• Take ownership of key operational processes such as payroll coordination, invoicing support, and maintaining essential team and sales registers, ensuring everything is accurate, organised, and delivered on time. • Support the sales team by managing the CRM pipeline, drafting proposals and Scope of Work documents, and ensuring new clients and advisors are onboarded smoothly. • Handle social media execution by scheduling and posting content, managing the content calendar, and supporting engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. • Coordinate onboarding and internal processes, helping new team members get set up while also identifying ways to improve workflows and overall efficiency.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in coordination, virtual assistance, operations, or sales support roles. • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote environment without constant supervision. • Communicates clearly in English, especially for client-facing emails and documents. • Experience using tools like CRM systems (HubSpot or similar), Google Workspace, and social media platforms. • Bonus if you’ve worked with international clients or have experience in consulting, small business, or professional services environments.
