Description

• Partners with PO/stakeholder/user/engineers for quality testing • Works on test assessment and strategy • Performs functional and regression testing • Guides and advises junior-mid QA engineers • Creates test reports for tracking • Can lead QA projects with Senior/Lead Software Engineer • Helps improve team efficiency • Evaluates feature requests and testing strategy • Provides technical support for production issues • Helps in release, test, and support during production roll out

Requirements

• 8+ years practice in Software Testing • 6+ years experience in Manual Testing (Web, Mobile, API) • 4+ years experience in Automation Testing (Web, Mobile, API) • Knowledge in databases (MySQL/ PostgreSQL/ MongoDB) • Knowledge in Performance Testing and Security Testing • Experience in automation tools like Selenium/Robot Framework, Postman, Newman, RestAssured • Experienced in CI/CD tool and setting up from scratch • Test cases management tools like Test Rail • Good standard of testing quality, delivery, and attitude • Defining team direction
