📋 Description

• Telephone contact with our existing customers regarding all seminar and consulting offerings • Acquisition of speaking engagements with (existing and new) partner organizations • Intensive use of the CRM system for your acquisition projects

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a customer account manager or in customer support • Enjoy working in a service- and customer-oriented role and like being responsible for your accounts • Proficient in German, both spoken and written (at least C1 level) • Good knowledge of common CRM systems • Commitment, determination, reliability and assertiveness
