📋 Description

• You answer incoming customer calls (no cold calling!). • You assist with technical questions about internet & TV. • You persuade customers to stay with us (winback). • You advise on tariffs and suitable solutions. • You document your calls and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent German skills (C1) • Enjoy communicating and providing service • Inbound sales experience is a plus but not required • Motivated, willing to learn and target-oriented • Confident using PCs and CRM systems • Calm, friendly and solution-oriented approach — even in difficult conversations
