• Responsible for developing and selling project and consulting services as well as Managed Services in Germany. • Act as a trusted sparring partner for our clients and support them in their strategic digital transformation. • Identify, develop and manage business opportunities in project & consulting services and Managed Services. • Focus on acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships. • Provide trusted advisory to clients in implementing their digital agenda. • Work closely with internal Capgemini business units to develop and implement sales strategies. • Responsible for accurate forecasts and status reports and for presenting confidently at all decision-making levels.
• At least 8 years of experience selling cloud and IT infrastructure services, ideally with complex, cross-portfolio deals. • Proven sales track record and confidence negotiating at CxO level and with partners. • Solid business and commercial understanding and strong negotiation skills. • Excellent communication skills, team orientation and intercultural competence, including conflict management. • Self-initiative, determination and significant leadership experience. • Fluent German and English — confident in complex contract negotiations.
