Description

• ROC Operators are critical to maintaining a safe and reliable electric supply • Operate in the Boulder, Colorado office providing real-time support • Monitor wind turbines, inverters, PV/BESS, and substation assets • Building relationships with stakeholders and market participants • Informing grid operators about outages • Coordinating with facility managers for maintenance • Providing detailed notes in a digital logbook • Providing updates to executives • Completing side tasks during slower shifts • Vision for success prioritizes safety, compliance, and optimization • ROC is great for launching a career in renewable energy • ROC uses a 2-2-3 shift schedule

Requirements

• Demonstrated desire to continuously learn and improve • Strong verbal and written communication skills • High attention to detail and ability to work proactively • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Ability to work in a shift rotation and team • Experience with SCADA or real-time operations desired • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • More experienced operators should have previous experience in real-time operations roles and certifications
