Description

• Manage general ledger activities • Ensure accurate financial reporting • Oversee company's payroll processes • Develop and implement process improvements • Assist in financial audits • Coordinate payroll entries/transactions in Costpoint and Time and Expense system • Review and reconcile monthly bank accounts • Maintain and reconcile Balance Sheet accounts and prepare monthly entries • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, HR or related field • Proven experience in general ledger accounting and payroll administration • Proficient in MS Office Suite • Detail oriented, organized, able to work well on simultaneous tasks, and meet deadlines • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professional discretion • Understanding of the Cultural Resource Management (CRM) industry • Proficient in Deltek Costpoint accounting software • Experience working for a Federal Contractor preferred • Experience in ADP payroll processing preferred
