Description

• Working closely with the Senior Vice President and other senior leaders from the NA BU to build a culture of care and support • Create operational efficiency and effectiveness that leads to greater impact and profitability • Mostly virtual work with occasional travel required • Implementing and overseeing NA BU level financial management and reporting • Supporting the delivery of programs to drive impact • Managing and executing the NA BU learning agenda and Ways of Working group • Supporting new program operations set up in collaboration with relevant teams • Managing Strategy and Codification processes

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in communications, consulting, operations and / or organizational development • Proven excellent project management skills • Ability to effectively manage and coordinate people, departments and contractors • Attention to detail and understanding of how precise operations can contribute to a culture of trust and excellence • Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines • Strategic verbal and written communication skills • Responsive and customer-oriented with problem-solving orientation • Passion for creating a clear, structured, and nourishing work culture • Curiosity about economies that are good for people and the planet, the relational effect as it shows up within SecondMuse, participatory research, human-centered design and facilitation, organizational dynamics and psychology
