Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a related field • 3+ years experience in laboratory informatics product management • Solid understanding of product life cycle and creating product roadmaps • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to lead through influence • Ability to balance big-picture thinking and detailed execution • Decisiveness in moving decisions forward and managing priorities • Professionalism and resiliency under tight timelines • Experience with long-term planning cycles • Exposure to product management tools, frameworks, and planning processes • Experience in biopharmaceutical research, molecular diagnostics, and cell and gene therapy is a plus
