Description
• Strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing and communication skills • Ability to work independently • Meet deadlines, multi-task, and handle a high volume of cases • Detail oriented, organized, and self-motivated
Requirements
• JD from an accredited law school • Admitted to practice law in MD • Admitted to practice law in DC, PA, or DE is a plus • 2+ years of experience in workers' compensation defense law • Strong understanding of MD workers' compensation laws and regulations • Experience with employer liability claims a plus
