• Semperis is looking for an Enterprise Sales Director (ESD) who is a self-starter and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • You will develop professional productive relationships with new accounts, while ensuring consistent pipeline development, and closed business opportunities in your respective Territory. • Qualify, manage, and support leads from marketing campaigns, converting SQLs from our SDR team into closed/won opportunities. • Proactively seek new business opportunities and continuously build a strong sales pipeline. • Conduct prospecting efforts, including outreach, discovery calls, and relationship-building. • Own and expand the market through trusted partner relationships and strategic alliances alongside the territory Channel Director. • Develop and execute a structured territory and account-based sales strategy. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products, services, and pricing models. • Conduct discovery calls to identify client needs and position Semperis solutions. • Build long-term trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams. • Exceed assigned growth goals and sales quota.
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or identity sales. • Proven experience in launching and scaling a new business or market. • Strong expertise in territory planning and sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, BANT). • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and growing revenue. • Experience selling to large enterprise customers in the LATAM region. • Strong ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization. • Excellent communication skills. • Fluent in Spanish (Mandatory). • English Business Proficiency Required. • Experience in Active Directory, Azure AD, or identity solutions is a plus.
