• Develop and strengthen relationships with entities of the Judiciary Branch, such as State Courts (TJ), Regional Labor Courts (TRT), Federal Regional Courts (TRF), Public Prosecutor's Offices, Councils and other institutions within the justice system; • Prospect new business opportunities and expand Incodata's presence in this segment; • Act in a consultative manner, understanding clients' challenges and proposing solutions in Data, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence; • Lead sales meetings, executive presentations and negotiations with managers and decision-makers; • Prepare commercial proposals and manage the entire sales cycle; • Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams in building solutions; • Manage the sales pipeline and keep the CRM up to date; • Develop expansion strategies and long-term relationship plans for the accounts under your responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Information Technology, Sales Management or related fields; • Professional experience with the Judiciary Branch, either commercially engaging with these entities or having direct experience within institutions such as State Courts (TJ), Regional Labor Courts (TRT), Federal Regional Courts (TRF), Public Prosecutor's Offices, Councils or other justice system bodies; • Solid knowledge of the structure, operations and processes of the Judiciary Branch; • Experience in business development and consultative selling; • Knowledge of technology solutions, Data, Analytics or Artificial Intelligence; • Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM.
