📋 Description

• Lead project planning, scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management • Serve as the primary stakeholder contact through communication, status reporting, and escalation management • Coordinate development, engineering, QA, and vendor teams • Manage change control, track dependencies, and ensure acceptance criteria are met • Track financials and budgets, forecast resource needs, and report cost variances and benefits realization • Maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, meeting minutes, and lessons learned • Facilitate kickoffs, stand-ups, retrospectives, steering committee meetings, and decision-making forums • Implement delivery processes, quality gates, and compliance requirements • Analyze delivery performance and apply lessons learned for continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience leading and managing several teams • Resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery • Deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering • Proven experience managing medium-to-large projects in IT, software delivery, or business transformation • Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants • Advanced oral English • Advanced Spanish
