📋 Description

• Identify and develop new market segments and business opportunities in Fashion, General Merchandise, E-Grocery and 3PL • Develop and implement innovative market-entry strategies with management • Manage the full customer journey from initial approach through negotiations, contract signing and go-live • Recruit and develop a high-performing team and establish efficient processes • Optimise existing processes and establish new structures to support expansion • Collaborate with Solutions Design and Operations to develop bespoke customer solutions • Conduct regular on-site customer visits, with approximately 50% travel, to build relationships and secure long-term partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• Experience and contacts in the logistics or industrial sector are a plus • Experience achieving success in a fast-growing company or scale-up environment • Proven success developing and implementing go-to-market strategies • Engineering background or affinity for technical products is beneficial • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions • Strong command of French and English • Experience building teams, processes and efficient ways of working • Flexibility and willingness to travel approximately 50% on the road
