Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies/lifecycles to achieve company goals and objectives that effectively reach target audiences • Create and refine brand content, value propositions, and messaging for all marketing campaigns promoting Servos solutions and success stories • Collaborate with the Servos sales team to generate leads and close deals • Manage and grow Servos’ social media presence by leading content strategy, creative development, and performance analysis • Help maintain a unified Servos brand voice through all marketing efforts by cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders and partners • Represent Servos at industry events and conferences while partnering with ServiceNow to develop and execute these events (i.e. planning logistics and event execution) • Conduct industry research on market trends to support marketing strategies, communicate product differentiation, and provide input to leadership • Oversee creative production of marketing assets for online and offline channels, including graphic design, video production, and web development, guiding process from concept to final execution

Requirements

• A seasoned Marketing Manager with at least 5 years of broad-based experience • Experienced in the ServiceNow ecosystem, or another SaaS/PaaS ecosystem • Trusted to have a proven track record of success in developing, and executing, marketing strategies while managing competing priorities simultaneously • Highly experienced with marketing automation and analytics tools, along with a working knowledge of campaign setup and execution • Experienced in drafting brand content for various facets such as company websites, events/conferences, newsletters, articles, and social media • Able to work independently and as part of a team with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Passionate about doing the right thing, no matter how many times it takes • An adventurer who wouldn’t mind traveling up to 20% of the time to support marketing activities and events
