Description

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the MelodyArc platform, product, and the client & customer journey. • Create and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with MelodyArc's sales funnel and market positioning. • Create and distribute engaging content across various channels, including social media, blogs, and copywriting. • Manage MelodyArc’s website to enhance brand awareness. • Develop impactful sales collateral and tools. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. • Identify new opportunities for demand generation and community development.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of proven experience in Product Marketing, or similar role. • Experience creating and managing marketing campaigns and strategies, preferably for B2B software companies. • Expertise in collaborating with sales, product, operations, and client service teams. • Ability to provide key prospect feedback. • Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively. • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Natural entrepreneurial instincts and desire to learn and evolve sales process. • Expertise in e-commerce and/or customer support or strong desire to learn. • Based in the United States. • Preferred: Experience in e-commerce. • Preferred: Experience in customer support or CRM technology.

Benefits

• Expected compensation $80,000-$110,000 depending on skills and experiences, with opportunity for equity and additional incentive pay for high performers
