• Experienced Growth Product Manager Marketing & Conversion • Drive conversion rate optimization strategies • Identify, prioritize, execute, measure and iterate growth initiatives • Work with engineering, data analytics, UX/UI, and marketing teams • Provide actionable insights through data analytics • Build and own experimentation roadmap for user acquisition and onboarding funnels • Take customer-centric view, continuously use data, generate hypotheses, and run tests • Leverage technical acumen for A/B testing, lead engineering team, and collaborate cross-functionally • Drive execution, make trade-offs, anticipate staffing needs, risks, ensure clear communication

Requirements

• > 5 years' experience in growth product management and/or conversion rate optimization role • Deep understanding of customer needs and ability to derive CRO initiatives from user feedback • Experience in CRO in a B2C environment • Marketing mindset • Genuine curiosity to experiment and measure • Ability to identify and reduce friction in user funnel • Feeling for impactful business initiatives • Willingness to question assumptions and challenge the status quo • Strong analytical skills, data-driven, methodical • Excellent communication skills • 'Get it done' mindset • Commitment to move growth needle • Experience in communicating with engineers, analytics, A/B testing tools, Google Analytics, Excel, design tools, user research tools • Ability to break large projects into manageable pieces, prioritize by business value • Experience with paid media channels and monetization is a plus
