📋 Description

• Prospect new or installed-base clients among independent retailers and regional retail chains to sell VusionGroup solutions • Maintain relationships with local decision-makers and lobbying stakeholders • Work with the Sales Manager Germany to implement local sales strategies and retailer referencing agreements • Follow up closely with clients after sales in collaboration with internal departments such as Sales Administration • Regularly update CRM tools with opportunities and manage the customer and prospect base • Provide competitor information to the manager and marketing department • Travel extensively, with 80% of working time spent meeting customers

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial education • Experience selling technical digital products, including SaaS, IoT devices, and services • Familiarity with the retail sector • Excellent relationship skills from store level to company C-level • Ability to identify solution value for individual customers and convert it into additional sales • Passion for sales and drive to succeed • Fluency in German at least level C1 and English • Results-oriented, tenacious, organized, and able to work autonomously
