📋 Description
• Deliver exceptional service to existing clients • Act as the key point of contact for a large UK retailer • Manage clients' workload • Liaise with internal technical and sales teams to ensure service level agreements and turnaround times are met • Obtain forecasts of incoming work • Manage projects
🎯 Requirements
• Over 3 years experience in an account management position • Background in Food Retail or Food Manufacturing • Proven account management experience within a large team • Educated up to A Level or equivalent • Project Management life cycle experience • Advanced user of MS Office, including Excel • Must be UK based • Happy to travel to customer sites • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm availability
