Description
• Design and deploy databases • Provision database on cloud • Connectivity to cloud • Administer database • Patching in cloud • Backup and restore • Ensure security • Migration (lift and shift) • Architecture and design of database system • Configuration, upgrading, administration, and monitoring of database system • Implement software upgrades and planned maintenance • Troubleshoot incidents and implement solutions • Maintain database links between on-premises databases
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience working with Oracle 11g • 2+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Internet Directory (OID), Oracle Forms and Reports, and WebLogic • 1+ years of experience configuring Oracle databases to use TCP/IP with SSL (TCPS) authentication • 1+ years of experience working with database designs and data warehouse architectures • 4+ years of experience with Oracle database tools (e.g., Toad or SQL Developer) • Desirable: 2+ years of experience working with OCI Oracle Autonomous database version 19c or higher • Desirable: 2+ years of experience in implementing the bootstrap process • Desirable: 1+ years of experience in migrating on-premises databases to OCI • Desirable: 1+ years of experience working with database links and migration to OCI • Desirable: 1+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud migration(s) • Desirable: 1+ years of experience provisioning Oracle Analytics Cloud instance in OCI • Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) / Organizational Change Management (OCM) / Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certification (desirable) • Oracle database or cloud certifications (plus)
