• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines. • Source, engage, and assess candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach. • Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate technical alignment, communication skills, motivation, and cultural contribution. • Build and maintain healthy talent pipelines for recurring hiring needs. • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning, hiring priorities, and evolving business needs. • Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication throughout the recruitment process. • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance. • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within the ATS. • Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes. • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, interview guides, and hiring best practices. • Support employer branding initiatives, hiring events, and recruitment campaigns as needed.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting high-volume hiring. • Experience recruiting across customer support, operations, gaming, BPO, technology, or similar industries. • Demonstrated success managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and responsiveness. • Strong sourcing skills with the ability to proactively identify and engage passive talent. • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving, international environment. • Experience using modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools. • Ability to influence hiring managers and provide market insight throughout the hiring process. • Preferred Qualifications • Experience recruiting within gaming, outsourcing, or technology organizations. • Experience supporting multilingual hiring. • Experience hiring across European markets. • Familiarity with recruitment analytics and workforce planning.
