• Drive Simpplr's growth by cultivating relationships with named customer accounts • Focus on retention and expansion by navigating complex sales cycles • Provide value through Simpplr solutions • Engage in business-level and technical conversations • Lead complex, multi-party sales • Independently lead a sales cycle from start to finish

Requirements

• 2+ years of field sales or account management experience in the technology/software industry preferred • 3+ years of overall direct sales or account management experience • Proven track record of excellence in SaaS sales • Experience with CRM, Salesforce, HR, intranet, collaboration, chat, or enterprise social a plus • Superior communication skills • Strong leadership qualities • Team-oriented business values
