Description

• Work as part of a team monitoring messaging compliance in real-time • Provide verification of new account sign-ups, number verification, and approval of alphanumeric sender IDs • Be a compliance expert, monitoring and approving live message content for customer campaigns • Respond to campaign approvals in a timely manner, detecting and reporting fraudulent activity • Work with the Scam Compliance Team for carrier and regulatory reporting • Stay up to date on regulatory requirements for message content • Share trends and learnings about new types of detected content and fraudulent attacks

Requirements

• Proven track record of completing tasks according to SLAs or quality standards • Outstanding written and spoken English • Proven experience working autonomously • Can-do attitude with a passion for developing new business processes and procedures • Established home office with high-quality/high-speed internet connection
