Description

• Define and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that positions MessageMedia’s marketing product set as a leader in the space. • Create and maintain a full set of product marketing collateral for MessageMedia, including updated messaging, positioning, competitive intel and personas • Develop product content for external and internal audiences, such as website pages, blog posts, one-pagers, sales decks and feature functionality assets • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for go-to-market planning, product strategy, marketing campaigns, sales enablement and more • Drive net-new user acquisition as well as cross-sell and up-sell within our existing customer base • Launch new product features and identify new ways to drive engagement for existing features • Advocate for our customers and become an authority on our competition to ensure our products our accurately positioned in the market • Measure, analyze and optimize programs to deliver better business outcomes

Requirements

• 7+ years in product marketing at technology companies • Experience marketing and selling to marketers is preferred • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or related degree, MBA a plus • Proven success as a lead product marketing manager. • Experience in marketing customer engagement platforms or marketing automation technology highly desired • Phenomenal collaborator who can bridge the gap between product, marketing and sales team • Critical thinker with excellent writing and presentation skills • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop recommendations based on product, customer, and market data • Willingness to learn and demo our products • Comfortable working with a distributed team that spans multiple regions and time zones • Ability to travel if needed • Have a sense of humor
